Whether you are a new or soon-to-be mom, the time before, during and after your pregnancy can sometimes feel like an emotional rollercoaster. While experiencing emotional sensitivity and/or mood swings is normal, when it interferes with daily functioning or bonding with your child, counselling can help.

Trauma can deeply interfere with the way we experience the world, affecting our relationships, sense of safety and ability to cope. Making the decision to talk to someone can feel scary. That’s why I take great care in making sure you feel safe and in control during our sessions together. We work at your pace – always.

Hi, I'm Stevie. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who believes that optimum health is about more than just physical health – it's about emotional health too.

No two people are exactly the same and I believe that effective treatment should be tailored to the unique needs of the individual.
